When adding Mixing Liquid, Metallic Powder transforms into an intense melted liquid makeup that can be painted on the body or used to create designs such as metallic eyeliner.

How to use this product:

Pour a small amount of Metallic Powder onto a clean, dry surface, apply with a brush, sponge or finger. For intense chrome makeup effects, Metallic Powder can be combined with Mixing Liquid to form a vibrant, water-resistant liquid metallic paint that dries completely. Dip the brush into the paint mixture and apply directly to the skin.
